“The dream is the small hidden door in the deepest
and most intimate sanctum of the soul which opens to that primeval
cosmic night that was soul long before there was conscious ego and will be soul
far beyond what a conscious ego could ever reach.”

C.G Jung

Dreamwork & Exploration

My interest in dreams stretches from the beginning of starting working therapeutically. Dreams have provided valuable guidance to me throughout my own personal journey, commenting on my life path and direction, providing guidance to me and have also helped me make decisions. I have worked extensively in my own therapy with my dreams as well as in my own practice. I have also done some formal training in Jungian dream work as well.

Working With Dreams in Therapy

In my therapeutic work, I engage deeply with the dreams that clients bring into sessions. Together, we explore both the personal context of the dream and the symbols that emerge within it, approaching the process in a collaborative and reflective manner.

My goal in dreamwork is to create a space where alternative perspectives can be considered and where a broader understanding of the underlying issue can develop. At times, dreams may also offer clarity in the form of yes or no responses, helping to support decision-making.

One-Off Dreamwork Sessions

In addition to integrating dreamwork within ongoing therapy, I also offer one-off dreamwork sessions. These sessions provide a supportive environment in which we can focus specifically on a dream and explore its meaning together.

You do not need to be an existing therapy client to book a dreamwork session. You are welcome to contact me directly to schedule a session.
